You can cancel your flat rate at any time via the management link found in your confirmation email. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current term. Important: Vignettes that have already been activated by that point will remain valid for their regular validity period, even after your subscription has ended. This means you won't lose any vignette period you've already paid for as a result of the cancellation.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. A vignette must be validly activated before the start of the journey. Retroactive registration for a route that you have already driven without a valid vignette can no longer be carried out after the fact.

No, this is generally not an error. In addition to the vignette requirement, some countries also have a so-called route toll for certain road sections or tunnels (for example, at the Brenner Pass or the Tauern in Austria). This route toll is a separate product that applies independently of your vignette and does not replace it. A vignette only covers general motorway use, not these additional, route-specific toll sections.

Within an active subscription, it is not possible to activate a second, parallel vignette for the same country while the current one is still valid. Reactivation is only possible once the existing validity period has expired. If you would like to cover several countries at the same time, you can bundle this through your flat-rate selection, so that all desired countries are covered by the same monthly payment instead of paying for each country separately.

The Europe Flat Rate is not a one-time purchase, but a subscription for €12.80 per month. With the flat rate, you automatically get access to the vignettes of the countries you have chosen, without having to place a new order for every trip. The monthly charge is therefore not an error, but the regular continuation of your subscription for as long as you have not cancelled it. If you no longer wish to use the flat rate, you can cancel it at any time via your personal management link.
